I recently installed an ENB for Fallout New Vegas, however, the game runs with an overwhelming blue tint that I can't find a solution for. Then just follow the readme instructions, but it basically just boils down to: download and unzip both the Mod and the ENB. The only problem is the download instructions don't quite work to well.
